Baked Chicken Wings Recipes

Recipe #1: Honey Baked Chicken Wings


Ingredients:


  • 18 chicken wings
  • 1/2 clove garlic, peeled and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions:


First of all, preheat the oven to 375°F (191°C). Next, for each chicken wing, cut off the wing tips then season them by sprinkling salt and pepper over them. In a huge bowl, add in the honey, soy sauce, vegetable oil, garlic and ketchup. Combine and stir well. After that, arrange the chicken wings in a greased baking dish and pour the honey mixture over them. Finally, bake for 55 minutes. Remove from oven and let them rest for at least 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy.





Recipe #2: Spicy Baked Chicken Wings


Ingredients:


  • 12 chicken wings
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions:


First, preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C). Next, in a large mixing bowl, add in the flour, garlic powder, ground ginger, dry mustard and salt and pepper to taste. Combine and mix well. Wash the chicken wings and coat them with the flour mixture. Melt the butter in the baking dish and arrange the coated chicken wings on it. Finally, bake each side uncovered for 15 minutes. Use a fork or a knife to pierce into the meat to ensure the juices run clear. Serve and enjoy!
